A1 Studio is a website design service operated by A1 Solutions. This notice explains how we handle project enquiries and client information.

What the brief collects

The project form collects your name, business email, company, current website if provided, service area, project goals and readiness. It stores the submission to support a written proposal. It does not collect payment-card details.

How it is used

The studio reviews briefs to assess fit and respond to an enquiry. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. A pseudonymous network identifier, generated with a secret and a daily changing value, is stored with the brief to limit automated submissions. The raw network address is not stored in the brief record. Hosting providers process data needed to operate the site.

Free guides & optional tips

Guide requests store your email, optional first name, request date, confirmation and unsubscribe preferences, and a daily pseudonymous network identifier to prevent abuse. Downloads are available immediately. We send one email verification request before delivering the links by email. Occasional tips require a separate confirmed opt-in. Guide leads are kept apart from client projects and do not create a proposal. You can unsubscribe from tips using the link in your guide email or contact us to request deletion.

Demonstration forms

The fictional pool-builder form operates only within the page. Its sample entries are not transmitted or stored by the studio.

Project records & payments

When a project proceeds, we store its scope, acceptance, business and branding details, visual preferences, uploaded files, materials links, project messages, feedback, approval and payment references. These records help us plan, build and deliver the agreed website. Private project links grant access to the project and its files; share them only with authorized people. The studio can also access these materials. Uploaded project files are not published to your website automatically. Stripe processes card information on its own hosted payment pages. Our site does not store card numbers. Replies reach our A1 business inbox. Automated project notices and requested guide emails use Resend when the sender is enabled. We keep delivery references and suppression preferences to avoid repeated sends and respect bounces, complaints and marketing opt-outs.

Retention & your choices

Unconverted enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 90 days. Unconfirmed guide requests are reviewed for deletion after 30 days; confirmed guide records are reviewed after 12 months of inactivity. Minimal suppression records may be retained to respect opt-outs. Active project records are kept while needed to deliver the service, resolve requests and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Financial records may need to be retained longer. Email us to request access, correction or deletion; we will explain any retention that is required.

Providers & location

We operate from Brazil and use OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure for the website, Google for correspondence, Resend for automated email and Stripe for payments. These providers may process information in other countries. We do not sell project information. This site does not install advertising pixels. Browser and hosting services may use essential security features and operational logs.
